I’ve given a project to setup a live support chat on our company website for supporting customer issue using this live chat rather using IM or Skype that required to provide the ID to customer. There are many free live chat on the internet and I found Comm100 that providing much more features than others and they providing the server hosting as well, mean that we do not required to setup our own live chat server and we just required sign up an account and paste the live chat script to website.
