Sayonara California Fitness Gym

Last Sunday is me & jun last day after 1 month trial in California Gym, and i really like the environment there for gym. I did notice i got some improvement on my body shape and lost weight too. I manage to do cardio exercise for 30 min of running the track and it feel great to join gym, I’ll join gym back by next year hopefully.

Jun is not that active in gym, as i went for gym about 4 times per week and i really love it…. :)

    How much weight you loss bro? For me? I am not interested in gym…rather choose other sports to loss weight like badminton or swimming lor…

    i lost about 5 kgs, not bad though. Actually swimming is more for toning the body muscle and it also will lost weight but slow. You need to be consistent leh 1 month 1 time swim also can’t lost much…he he he
